European Stock Exchanges Down

The main European stock exchanges have closed on minus today as among other industries; banks recorded losses due to concerns related to the U.S. reform in the regulatory framework governing the financial system. The pan-European ETSEurofirst 300 index closed with losses of 0.7% to 1051.55 points.
In London the FTSE losses recorded 0.57% in 5593.85 points, the Frankfurt XETRA D closed at -0.70 at 5903.56 points and in Paris the CAC 40 [. FCHI] to drop 0.93% to 3890.91 points.
